BnR Home Solutions is a locally owned home improvement and construction company based right here in Monticello, Indiana. We serve homeowners across White County and the surrounding towns — the same roads we drive, the same lakes we spend our weekends on, the same winters that test every roof and fence we build.

BnR Home Solutions was founded by Daniel Rigsbey, who brings over 25 years of construction experience to every project. Daniel grew up on job sites — his father built houses — and he’s had a passion for home improvement his whole life. He started BnR on a simple belief: local homeowners deserve a contractor who shows up, communicates, and does honest work. That belief is still how we run every job today.

What we believe

Do it right, or don’t do it. We’d rather turn down a job than cut a corner we can’t stand behind. The parts of a project you never see — the flashing under a roof, the footing under a deck, the moisture barrier behind siding — get the same care as the finish you show off to friends.

Tell the truth. If a repair will save you money over a replacement, we’ll say so. If a project is outside what we do well, we’ll point you to someone who does it better. Honest advice costs us a little in the short run and earns your trust for the long run. We’ll take that trade every time.

Respect your home and your time. We show up when we say we will, keep the site clean, and treat your property like it’s our own. When the job’s done, the only thing we want to leave behind is great work.

Most contractors specialize in a single trade, which means you’re left hiring — and coordinating — a different company for every project. We built BnR to be broader than that. From your roof and siding down to your fence, deck, bathroom, and even your dock on Lake Freeman or Lake Shafer, we handle the projects that keep an Indiana home solid, comfortable, and looking its best. We also love the custom work a lot of companies won’t bother with — sheds, dog houses, and chicken coops built by hand to match your place.

We’re fully insured. We’re not a fly-by-night crew passing through town. We’re part of this community, and our reputation here is everything. That’s why we back our work with a 2-year workmanship warranty and treat every customer like someone we’ll run into at the grocery store — because we probably will.
